Airport - Hotel Transportation


St. Louis Airport Ground Transportation Information

There are many forms of transportation available in St. Louis; three of the best options are listed below on transportation from the Lambert St. Louis International Airport to where attendees will be staying, at the Hyatt Regency Riverfront Hotel.

1. Metro Link
Website: http://www.metrostlouis.org/

  • Metro Link begins at the Lambert St. Louis International airport, and stretches 48 miles through Missouri and Illinois. It includes stops at 37 stations. Metro Link trains normally run every seven minutes during peak hours, every ten minutes throughout the rest of the day, and every fifteen minutes on weeknights. The closest stop to the Hyatt Regency Riverfront Hotel would be 8th and Pine, located four (4) blocks away from the hotel. The cost from the airport is $3.75 and $2.25 from the downtown area back to the airport.
     
  • Metro Link provides online schedules with weekday and weekend timetables, and individual station time schedules. For these Schedules go to http://www.metrostlouis.org/MetroLink/Mltimetables.asp
     
  • Tickets can be purchased online, and take three to five business days to arrive. To buy tickets online on the Metro Link website put your mouse over Fares, then click on purchase tickets or go to http://bi-state.org/

  • We recommend that you consider taking the Metro Link during the daytime hours.

2.  Taxi
Website: http://www.countycab.com/

  • Cab service is also available from the Lambert St. Louis International Airport. There are always taxi's waiting at the airport to provide you with service, or you can call a taxi to meet you there. Taxis usually arrive within a 15-minute window of your scheduled time order. The fare from the airport to downtown St. Louis is around $35 dollars.

3. Go Best Express
Website: http://www.gobestexpress.com/

  • Go Best Express provides van that you can ride in alone or share the expense. The vans leave every 15-30 minutes between 6:00am and 11:00pm. You can make advanced reservations by calling, or going online, otherwise at the Airport go to one of the Go Best Express counters and they will make arrangements for you. The airport counters are located near the baggage carousels in the main and east terminals.
     
  • The cost one way for one person is $21 or round trip is $37. The cost for two people one way is $17 a person and round trip is $32 dollars a person.
